Ban Report & Explanations
Here we will help you decide if it's really worth saying you got banned because of something getting detected vs user error.
Calming down
If one of your accounts has been banned in a game, it’s completely natural to feel frustrated, upset, or even a little overwhelmed. At the end of the day, being mad and yelling at staff about your ban gets us nowhere. We understand how much time and effort you may have invested, and we want to help you find out what happened. Before diving into troubleshooting or submitting tickets, take a deep breath and give yourself a moment to step back. Approaching the situation calmly will help you think clearly and make it easier to work through the steps needed to identify the cause. Keep in mind that everyone can face bans, and taking a patient, methodical approach will give you the best chance to resolve the issue. Keep in mind that cheating carries the risk of bans, so as we always advise, never use an account you value for cheating. Your main or valued accounts hold progress, achievements, and personal investment that cannot easily be replaced, so always weigh the risks before using them for any cheating. Protect your important accounts and keep them safe from unnecessary risks.
Letting staff know
After you've calmed down a bit it's important to let staff know a ban has happened in case it is something we should let others know about.
Start out by copying this form into your ticket in our Discord and filling it out.

Understanding types of bans
Each game will have its own dedicated section; if a game does not have a specific section, it will be listed at the bottom under "Others"
Fortnite:
24 Hour ban:
This 'ban' is nothing to worry about in the slightest. In most cases, it is temporary and automatically resolves itself, so there is no need to panic. If it were to escalate into a permanent ban, you would need to fill out the appropriate form for review. Typically, these bans last for 24 hours and are applied to the HWID, and they are often referred to as 'Report Bans.' They occur when a certain number of reports accumulate against your account, prompting Easy Anti-Cheat (EAC), which operates automatically, not manually, to review your system for any programs, drivers, or activities that could potentially be used for cheating. During this review period, access to the game may be restricted, but once the 24-hour period is over, the ban is automatically lifted for both your account and your HWID. These temporary measures are preventative and designed to ensure fair play, and they are not an indication of permanent enforcement unless further violations occur. The report ban could happen faster if your SMBIOS or ARP is incorrect or flagged.
Permanent ban/365 Day bans:
This is the big brother to the 24 hour ban. This one is more serious and requires spoofing to continue playing (see spoofing recommendations in a later section). These bans are absolutely worth submitting a report for. For a first account ban, you will generally receive a one year ban, after which you can play again on the same account with the same HWID. You can either spoof to bypass these restrictions or take a one year break from the game. If the ban is permanent, or if it is a second permanent ban on your account, it will never expire, and both your account and associated serials will remain banned. To play Fortnite again, you will need to spoof, and if you were cheating with TPM enabled, you will also need to spoof that or replace it. The only way to determine the cause of the ban is to spoof and gradually test using the test guide provided at the bottom.
Rust:
Server Ban:
Every time you play Rust, you launch a game protected by EAC, but individual servers have the authority to ban or kick you from their own server. Being banned from a server does not mean you are banned from Rust entirely; it only applies to that specific server. Some servers may implement IP bans, in which case the only way to play on them again is with a VPN and a new account. Servers cannot perform HWID bans, so the maximum restriction is an IP ban. There is no need to spoof or take extreme measures beyond this unless you want to use a VPN and new account to access the same server or submit an appeal. If appealing, ensure that your PC is cleared of any traces so that when they perform a PC check, no traces or any DMA related are present. Otherwise, you can simply join another server and continue playing.
Game Ban:
Game bans are a whole different story than your run of the mill server bans. These are where you are banned by EAC (Easy Anti Cheat) instead of being banned by a single server. These bans are generally permanent, despite the old wife’s tale that Rust does not HWID ban, spoiler alert, it does. To continue playing after this type of ban you will need to spoof your computer and use a new account from whatever source you choose. If you leave traces back to your original banned account, some uptight server admin may ban you for being a “Cheater Alt” or “Associated with a cheater,” so please be mindful of what you are doing, who you share your past account info with, and who you tell about your ban. At the end of the day, always remember that you are cheating and bans can happen, so take the right precautions if you plan to keep playing.
Gta5/FiveM:
Server Ban:
Every time you play FiveM, you are running a game protected by BattlEye, but just like Rust, the individual servers themselves hold the authority to ban or kick you. Being banned from one server does not mean you are banned from FiveM as a whole; it only applies to that specific server. Some servers may also issue IP bans, in which case the only way to rejoin would be with a VPN and a new account. FiveM servers cannot perform HWID bans, so the most severe restriction they can enforce is an IP ban. There is no need to spoof or take extreme measures unless you want to return to that specific server with a VPN and fresh account, or try appealing directly to the admins. If you do appeal, make sure your PC is clean of anything suspicious so that if they perform a PC check, no traces of cheats or DMA-related tools are found. Otherwise, you can simply move on and join another server without issues.
Game Ban:
Game bans in FiveM are very rare compared to server bans, but they can still happen. These come directly from BattlEye instead of an individual server admin. While uncommon, if you are hit with a BattlEye game ban, it is usually permanent and tied to both your account and hardware. To keep playing, you would need to spoof your system and use a new account from whatever source you choose. Keep in mind that if you leave traces linking back to your old banned account, some strict server admins may ban you for being a “Cheater Alt” or for “Association with a cheater.” Always be mindful of who you share your account history with and what information you make public. Even though FiveM rarely issues full game bans, remember that you are cheating and bans can happen, so take precautions if you want to keep playing.
Valorant:
Game Bans
Valorant is protected by Riot’s Vanguard Anti-Cheat, and it’s far from a joke. This system actively hunts down cheaters, often catching them within days, and only the most experienced cheaters stand a chance of lasting any significant time. To understand how bans work, it’s important to know that Riot staff will sometimes manually review your gameplay to judge whether you are playing legitimately or relying on outside assistance, whether through standard cheats or DMA devices. On top of this, Valorant enforces HWID bans. Many players have never swapped out their TPM chip (Trusted Platform Module), but this is a critical component since Vanguard monitors it closely. Riot is relentless in detecting not only software-based cheats but also firmware and DMA-related exploits. While game bans themselves can often be bypassed with proper spoofing tools, TPM chips remain your own responsibility if you want to avoid being permanently locked out.
Forced IOMMU:
When you get a number of reports stacked up against you in Valorant alongside the anti cheat using a mix of AI and stats finds your gameplay suspicious, they can force IOMMU on to you. Currently at the time of writing this VGK is the only ones to really use IOMMU effectively to put a stop to DMA firmware's. Once you get the pop up on your account there's not many bypasses out for it, we know of one but we're keeping it close for the time being. What it does is once you get the popup it makes you restart your PC with it, it then as a way to protect Valorant it disables drivers stopping the firmware from working. Please be smart when using accounts and don't rage, getting this pop could happen if you bought sketchy accounts or have been cheating on an account for a while.

Other games:
This is just a template for all other games not listed above or covered. Please do your own research before spoofing and or doing anything, to attempt to fix HWID bans and or other issues. Most game bans will require a HWID spoofing to get around, after you've spoofed make sure to not install certain programs that leave a trace as they could cause delay bans.
