Refund policy

Refund Policy
All sales are final and non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances at DMA Kingdom’s sole discretion. If a refund is approved, shipping fees will not be refunded and a restock fee could be charged.

Returns
If a return is authorized, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. The only form of compensation provided will be financial reimbursement, minus any shipping costs incurred to deliver the original order. Returns will only be accepted if the item is in its original condition and within the timeframe specified by DMA Kingdom. Refund requests must be made directly to an administrator. Due to the nature of virtual products, refunds are not guaranteed and will only be granted under special conditions determined by DMA Kingdom.
