How to get DNA ID
Here is how to get the HWID of your DMA.
1) Begin by going into the "Downloads" section and grabbing both the "75T Flasher and Drivers" along with the "DNA Grabbing Tools." Make sure your DMA is connected to the JTAG port and powered on before proceeding.

2) This process shall be completed on your secondary computer. Start by extracting and opening the "75T Flasher and Drivers" folder, then navigate to "CH341PAR" and locate "setup.exe." Run it, and the installation window should appear.

3) Press the "Install" button, and you should see a confirmation message appear.

If this message does not appear or instead says "Driver Pre-Installed in Advance," there may be a few simple fixes. First, ensure your DMA has lights on—if not, switch the toggle on the back to the other side or the "On" position. Verify that you are fully connected to the JTAG port, running this process on the second PC to which the DMA is connected, and that your main PC is powered on. If the issue persists, please contact staff through your ticket in our Discord.
4) After installing the driver, you can proceed to obtain your DNA ID. Open the DMA Grabber folder and select the option that matches your card model. Since we ship the third boxed option, run Captian75T-Stark75T-Ch347_75T.

5) After opening the option that matches your card, the interface should appear as shown here, without any blur.

If your interface does not look like this, please open a ticket in our Discord for assistance. Some common fixes include verifying that the DMA is fully connected to the JTAG port, that you are running the process on the second PC connected to the DMA, and that your main PC is powered on.
6) Copy the entire line that starts with 'DNA =' including the sequence of 1s and 0s and the brackets at the end. Paste this line into your ticket in our Discord. This is your DNA ID. Do not share it in public channels.
DO NOT SCREENSHOT THIS, YOU NEED TO COPY THE ENTIRE LINE AND PASTE IT INTO YOUR TICKET
Please note that once you submit this in your ticket, you are no longer eligible for any refund or reimbursement for the firmware. You also acknowledge that the standard processing time is 1–48 hours, but it may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances.
